What do We Expect of New Hires?

At Astron Solutions, we expect new hires to embody one characteristic above all others: motivation. Straight From the New Hires

Nicholas Karras - Statistical Analyst

Nick is Astron’s "newest" new hire, being with the company barely over three months. His relatively short time with the organization has him saying great things:"My first few days at Astron were very exciting. I was making the move from Western NY to the big city and was made to feel at home right away. My first day we actually took part in a community service event which went to show how much Astron cares about the community it serves. In the following days everyone was very helpful in getting me acclimated to the office, team, and job. Everyone here is very kind and easy to talk to. Working at Astron has turned out to be what I expected. What I liked most about the organization was its laid back feel when I interviewed and that still exists today. Even though work is getting done everyone is very sociable and willing to help at the drop of a hat. As far as other things to know, working at Astron has it perks with casual dress and XM radio for amusement while working. It is a fun atmosphere to work in and a job where you won’t dread coming into work."
